Interim Finance Director Programme: Stockton & Boho One (Middlesbrough)

DigitalCity Business are please to announce that we are now accepting applications for the next cycles of the Interim Finance Director Scheme [iFD], which will take place in Stockton and Boho One (Middlesbrough).

Lack of financial control is the cause of most business failures. Although it is one of the critical areas that start up and growing businesses need to fully understand, it is often put off to another day, or left to the year-end.

There is often a lack of awareness, knowledge and experience as to the importance of good financial management to the health and success of the business.

Because of this need, DigitalCity Business are pleased to introduce the Interim Finance Director Scheme [iFD] - a new programme we have developed for cluster members where each business can access the “Interim Finance Director”. The Interim Finance Director will mentor and help each business to develop good basic financial management procedures and control, enabling monthly management accounts to be prepared.

The programme will run between January 2012 and March 2012.
