DigitalCity Business works closely with Teesside University to deliver a support offering to enable enterprising graduates to start-up and grow successful digital businesses upon graduation.

In 2009, Teesside University was the first new university in the UK to win the Times Higher award for University of the Year, with its links to industry receiving particular praise. The university has invested over £120 on the City Centre campus and is continuing to develop new state-of-the-art buildings alongside maintaining the highest level of education across digital media, technology and creative design.
