Interim Finance Director
The Interim Finance Director Programme [iFD] has been developed to assist in deterring what is a cause of most business failures: Financial Control.
The IFD is designed to equip selected companies with the skills necessary for them to develop financial management and control procedures, in order to effectively sustain and exert a strong financial presence.
Companies on the iFD have access to a top-level financial specialist who helps them develop their financial management process and practices, equip them with the knowledge needed to execute them, and share a wealth of hard earned real world experience within the financial sector – much of it for high tech and digital businesses.
The Interim Finance Director works closely with businesses in place through: initial group workshops with other businesses in the iFD; intensive one-on-one sessions; practical tasks; and practice sessions. After this initial intensive training period, we keep up contact to make sure the advantages gained are permanently installed into the companies, and the approach is constantly refined.
It is important to understand that the iFD is not designed to put a finance director into a business, but rather to allow for the development of an individual within your company to become proficient in the processes of financial management.
