WORKSHOP 1pm - 4:30pm
Delivered by one of our Business Growth mentors, this workshop provides you with the tools and thinking processes for developing your business idea/concept. It will help you to consider the basis for a winning business, outline the differences between lifestyle and growth-led businesses and review different business models to help you understand your own.
Importantly the workshop will help you create a strategy to drive revenue, growth and scalability!

Ross is the Managing Director of Sphera Consulting Ltd, a business growth firm specialising in working with early stage, high growth potential companies. He has previously worked in Swedish and US multinational Fortune 300 organisations and his industry experience includes senior roles in strategic planning, global sales development and strategic marketing for organisations that include the appliances multinational Electrolux and the US conglomerate PPG Industries.
Sphera Consulting works with organisations of all sizes, ranging from single entrepreneurs, technology start-up companies to larger corporate and mature businesses. Their clients range from lone inventors of IP and technology, to pre-revenue R&D-based businesses, new-start companies, University academics and spin-out companies. Many of the region's Universities and innovation organisations are clients of the firm.
